CONCEPT, CONTENT AND VARIETY OF JUDICIAL PRESENTATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the concept, content and types of legal category "judicial precedent". There are generalized approaches to understanding the concepts of "precedent", "legal precedent", "judicial precedent", as well as features of legal and judicial precedents. The classification of judicial precedents is carried out. The actual definition of the notion of "judicial precedent" is given on the basis of isolated signs.
