CONCEPT OF CONSTITUTIONALIZATION IN MODERN CONSTITUTIONAL THEORY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the main theoretical approaches to the phenomenon of constitutionalization, its essence, types and methods of implementation. The works of domestic and foreign authors containing doctrinal assessments and characteristics of the phenomenon of constitutionalization are analyzed. The author underlined the need for further scientific research related to the disclosure of content and the impact of constitutionalization on the development of modern legal systems.
