CONCEPT OF MATERNITY PROTECTION AS AN INSTITUTION OF LABOR LAW

Abstract

The article defines the notion of maternity protection as an institution of labor law. Proposals are made to improve the current legislation in the field of maternity protection and develop a general legislative act on maternity protection.
