CONCEPT OF TERRORISM AT THE STATE BORDER OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of terrorism at the state border of Ukraine. The approaches to definining the nature of terrorism have been analyzed. As a result of the research of scientific works and legislation, the author proposed the concept of terrorism at the state border of Ukraine.
