Abstract
The present stage of development of domestic fisheries indicates that there are serious problems in the operation of the subsystem "mining" of the whole fishery complex, adversely affecting its own production activities and constraining overall development of the whole complex. Growth point in the achievement of targets major industry documents the fishing industry is to improve the organization to carry out exploration of aquatic biological resources. It is based on the concept of achieving compliance with the quantity and quality of fishing – production volumes increase, accompanied by their full development. Scientific novelty is the use of logistic approach as a methodology to improve the organization and management of the production system in the management of production of water biological resources. The multispecies fishery system is taken as an object of the research. The scientific basis of the systematic approach is organization, planning and man-agement of the fishing activity in the multi-species fishery system.
