Conceptual aspects of formation of the system of integrated management of quality of tourist services

Abstract

The article considers the task of presentation of methodological provisions of formation of the system of management of quality of tourist services at the conceptual level as one of the most important in the theory of tourism. It shows that the existing methodological approaches to quality management in the system of material production cannot be fully applied to the system of tourist services quality management. It shows that for the most of tourist services the processes of their provision and consumption are practically inseparable - they are developed as a result of co-ordinated actions of the system of production management and their consumption. Formation of the system of integrated management of quality of tourist services envisages that the services producing system should not just function but interact with the system of their consumption, which is one of the most important conditions of efficient conduct of tourist business.
