CONCEPTUAL BASIS FOR INTEGRAL MANAGEMENT IN THE SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALIZATION

Abstract
Conceptual basis for integral management formation at the context of the development process of managerial activity is viewed in the paper. Assumptions and risks of these processes’ development in Ukraine are researched. Main approaches to establishment of integral management in K. Wilber’s paradigm are defined. The necessity of further scientific research of the system of integral management is argued. Attention is paid to the necessity of achieving efficiency of interaction process between management science, analytics and practice.
