CONCEPTUAL BASIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INSTITUTE OF SELF-REGULATION IN THE AGRARIAN SECTOR OF THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to develop and substantiate the conceptual foundations and meaningful characteristics of the development of the institution of self-regulation, taking into account the peculiarities of institutionalization in the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of research and conceptualization of the principles of development of the Institute of self-regulation in the agrarian sector of the economy are the fundamental provisions of the institutional theory of the development of socio-economic formations, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the issues of self-regulation of market economical systems. In the process of research, general scientific methods and methods of interdisciplinary synthesis, the position of the evolutionary methodology of scientific research were used - to determine the content characteristics of the positioning of the institute of self-regulation in the system of market socio-economic interactions; system approach - to assess the process interactions and the principles of the functioning of the institutional regulatory mechanism in the agrarian sector; analysis and synthesis - to carry out an indicative assessment of the place and role and significance of self-regulatory structures in the mechanism of coordination of market transactions. Findings. The institutional features of functioning of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy are determined and contours of the role characteristics of the institute of self-regulation in the provision of a competitive environment for agroeconomic interactions are outlined. Criterion signs of the institutional nature of self-regulation of market economic relations, their coexistence with entrepreneurial activity are substantiated. The methodological bases of the role identification and conceptual bases of development of the institute of self-regulation in the agrarian sector of the economy are developed. Originality. The theoretical positions of the institutional characteristics of the content of self-regulation in the agrarian sector with the identification of branch features are revealed. The national peculiarities of the dynamics of institutionalization of the self-regulating organizations in the mechanism of market and rural society are determined. Practical value. The obtained research results are the basis for the development of practical recommendations on the practice of balancing economic interests in the agrarian sector of the economy with the participation of self-regulatory structures.
