CONCEPTUAL BASIS FOR THE FORMATION OF A SYSTEM OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE RAILWAY TRANSPORT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the position of railway transport in the annual rating of Ukrainian enterprises, which assesses the level of development of corporate social responsibility. The current state of affairs in the area of responsibility of PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” to the state, clients and employees is analyzed. It was established that the negative changes in the system of functioning of Ukrainian railways and destabilization of the macroeconomic situation in the country led to a deterioration of the level of social responsibility in the industry. Based on this, the expediency of forming a new system of social responsibility in railway transport has been determined. The conceptual bases of formation of the system of social responsibility on a railway transport, defining the purpose, key tasks, principles and stages of its creation are revealed.
