CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF THE PROCESS OF THE APPEARANCE OF ACCIDENTS IN A DANGEROUS INDUSTRIAL OBJECT AND THE POSSIBILITY OF ITS PRACTICAL APPLICATION

Abstract
The issues of reducing the number of accidents and injuries are the subject of research scientific groups and individual scientists. There is no universal concept that allows to demonstrably trace all the stages of accident from the preconditions to the consequences, link between the actions of the participating persons, conditions and the consequences. The article proposes a conceptual model of the process of accident, the main function is defined and decomposition of this function to the level of stages is realized. The conceptual model can be modified, refined, simplified and supplemented with new stages, and the description decomposition is brought to the required level. Based on this concept, the model of accident will help investigating authority and the court to clearly understand the reasons of the accident, the degree of guilt of specific individuals, as well as to develop a policy of prevent the accident in production.
