CONCEPTUAL PRINCIPLES OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC POTENTIAL OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the article the mechanism of constructing a strategy for achieving a promising level of financial and economic potential of the enterprise is considered. The strategic goal is defined using the method "Tree of Goals". The goals for achieving the strategic goal in each of the components of the development of the financial and economic potential of the enterprise are: the production, marketing, investment and financial potentials are developed. A set of measures is defined within each goal. The ways of achieving the offered measures on the example of activity of domestic baking enterprises are analyzed.
