Concerning the problem of ecclesiastical judicial organization of Ancient Rus

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of elucidation of the structure of the church judiciary of the Rus state. The affiliation of the first, second and third instance has been established. The emphasis is placed on the identity of the church-procedural tradition in Rus.
