Concerning the work of the II international field archaeological school

Abstract
The 2nd International archaeological field school was conducted in Bolgar on August 17-30, 2015. Over 100 young specialists from 25 countries of the world participated in its proceedings. The syllabus included basic theoretical lectures, methodical studies and practical work in the framework of sections devoted to the History of ancient metallurgy and metal processing; Palaeoanthropology; Archeobiological methods in archaeology; Techniques of field conservation and restoration; Geoinformational systems in archaeology; History of ancient ceramics; Experimental and traseology study of ancient tools; Archaeological glass. The Bolgar archaeological school is a successful attempt aimed at organizing a scientific and educational centre which is focused on practical acquisition of contemporary techniques of complex archaeological monuments investigation on the basis of a wide usage of experimental research methods.
