CONDITIONS OF FORMATION AND PROPERTIES OF SYSTEM EFFICIENCY OF THE ACTIVITY OF AN ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The transition from the system of conditions of functioning and development of an enterprise to the assessment of the system efficiency, in which the conditions are interdependent and complementary has been substantiated. A block diagram of interrelations in the process of forming the efficiency of the economic activity of an enterprise has been worked out. The main components of the system of conditions have been found to be: the effectiveness as a level of achievement of the objectively needed goals, the efficiency as a level of use of the potential of productive forces, the functional organization as a degree of coherence, complementarity and interaction of the elements of a socio-economic system. The basic properties of the system efficiency have been proved to be integrity, dynamism, complexity. Their characteristics have been presented.
