CONDITIONS OF REMUNERATION - ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS OF CIVIL SERVICE

Abstract
The article analyzes the conditions of remuneration of civil servants under the new Law of Ukraine "On civil service". In order to ensure comprehensive protection of labor rights and lawful interests of public officials submitted the proposal to exclude from the range of grounds for changing the essential terms of public service provided р. 1, Art. 43 of the Law of Ukraine "On civil service", reducing the payroll as a public authority procedures within the exclusive competence of the unconditional and the relevant authorities and held without the participation of civil servants.
