CONDUCTING CONFLICTOLOGICAL TRAINING SESSION AS A METHOD OF DEVELOPING CONFLICTOLOGICAL COMPETENCY OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN ADVERTISING AND PUBLIC RELATIONS

Abstract
In the present article the peculiarities of conducting conflictological training session as a method of de- veloping conflictological competency of future specialists in advertising and public relations have been con- sidered. It has been proved that its effectiveness is reached by conducting it at such stages as introduction, actualization, retention and summarising. It has been revealed that conducting the training session promotes directing motivation and values sphere of future specialists in advertising and public relations to constructive conflict resolution; acquiring integrated knowledge on conflictology; developing conflictological skills; ac- quiring practical experience of constructive conflict resolution. Methodical provision for developing conflic- tological competency of future specialists in advertising and public relations has been provided: work with aphorisms, analysis of subjective and objective reasons and components of the conflict, enrichment of learning content by students, using the case-studies method, independent development and conducting of conflictologi- cal training sessions by students, exchange of experience and impressions, setting tasks for self-improvement.
