Abstract
Transition to market economy inevitably involves reformation of relations between organizations. In this connection the role of confidence in new interrelations grows. The factors capable of strengthening this confidence or undermining it have been revealed. The suggested model of building trust relationship between business partners will allow enterprises to increase efficiency and stability of their activities.
