CONFLICT DYNAMICS IN THE PROCESS OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION AND METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THEIR RESOLUTION

Abstract
This article explores the nature of conflict situations that commonly emerge within the context of student communication, analyzing their underlying causes and proposing effective strategies for their resolution. Furthermore, it investigates the development of communicative competence and culture through an integrative approach, grounded in pedagogical, psychological, and didactic principles. Emphasis is placed on the interdisciplinary application of concepts from synergetics, acmeology, pedagogical valeology, and differentiation as foundational frameworks for enhancing interpersonal interaction within educational settings.
