The findings revealed a high level of teacher morale amongst teachers in Ikenne. There was a significant combined influence of conflict resolution strategies on teachers’ morale. Compromising, competing and avoiding individually and significantly predicted teacher morale with competing contributing the highest (65.4%) followed by avoiding (54.8%) and lastly by compromising (54.6%).
