Abstract
The article is based on game theory, on regional approach to economic development and grounded on regional development theory, neo-institutional theory and neoclassical economic theory. The quantitative model that was generated is based on comparative study, case study and qualitative approach. The problem is the circular nature of new regionalism: regionalism is being followed by regionalization, competition and polarization, that can destabilize political apparatus of any organized structure.
