Connection of deontic logic and legal and linguistic knowledge

Abstract
The article deals with highlighting the relationship between deontological logic and the system of legal-linguistic knowledge. The emphasis is placed on the fact that the legal language acts as a means of clarifying the essence of the content load of legal texts. Under deontic logic, the author proposes to understand the section of modal logic that explores the nature, properties, relation of deonity utterances and their functioning in the structure of reasoning. Between deontic logic and the system of legal-linguistic knowledge, there is a relationship that manifests itself externally in forms such as law-making, interpretation, law enforcement, or, for example, in the translation of legal texts, when the social, economic or political aspect comes into the background, taking into account which, with the help of rules of deontological logic, allows us to make more informed decisions.
