Consideratii privind procesele de crestere si dezvoltare osoasă la nivelul aparatului dento-maxilar

Abstract
Dezvoltarea facială este rezultatul cresterii si modelării fiecărui element scheletic sau functional în parte, al puterii sale de proliferare si a unor multiple influente care se exercită asupra lor. Tinând seama de multitudinea factorilor care influentează dezvoltarea facială se poate explica variabilitatea individuală a scheletului facial si legat direct de aceasta, varietatea mare a dizarmoniilor maxilarelor. Aspecte esentiale ale acestui topic sunt prezentate schematic în acest mini-referat.
