CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE CLIMATIC POTENTIAL FOR AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITIES IN DOBRUJA

Abstract
Knowing the activity of the climatic factors, their direction and intensity in action is of real use in perfecting the development of agricultural production, the improvement of territorial distribution, and the differentiated application of the culture systems and of the agro-phyto-technical measures, as well as in the scientific organization of production and agricultural labor. Dobruja as a whole belongs to the agro-climatic zone 1 – warm-dry – generally characterized as the region with most generous thermal resources, but also with the poorest water resources.
