In the article the stages of becoming of co-operative motion are examined in Ukraine. Grounded advantages of creation of agricultural attendant cooperative stores. Modern development of agricultural attendant cooperative stores status is analysed in Ukraine on the whole and in the Kherson area in particular. Found out the basic problems of development of cooperation and perspective directions of their decision are offered
