Abstract
The article defines the conceptual provisions of scientific support of the development of art researches in Ukraine. The legal and scientific providing of maintenance of objects of cultural heritage of Ukraine is illuminated, her national values, works of art (architecture, sculpture, painting and others like that). The offered three-level conception of the legal and scientific providing of study of art researches is in Ukraine.
