Constitutional nature of the president’s veto

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of the legal nature of the veto of the head of state in the context of their systemic relationship with the constitutional and legal status of the President of Ukraine. The advanced conception of veto legal nature of the head of state is offered, that is based on the peculiarities of his constitutional and legal status.
