Constitutional principles of statutory regulation of prosecution agencies reform in Ukraine.

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of views of scientists and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, the constitutional principles of regulatory and legal regulation of the reform of the prosecutor’s offices in Ukraine are defined and considered. It was emphasized that it is important to define and implement the constitutional principles of regulatory and legal regulation of the prosecutor’s office reform, since they determine the priority and most important bases for carrying out such reforms.
