Constructing a Knowledge Base for Entertainment by Interlinking Multiple Data Sources
Journal Title: EAI Endorsed Transactions on Industrial Networks and Intelligent Systems - Year 2017, Vol 4, Issue 10
Abstract
This paper describes a knowledge base for entertainment domains, including movies, music, and celebrities. We present an ontology model for representing graph-based knowledge, and describe knowledge processing techniques for constructing an entertainment knowledge base, which is comprised of collection and extraction of large-scale data, and knowledge transformation from them. In particular, we address entity resolution and consolidation techniques for integrating particular entities among heterogeneous data sources. We also demonstrate a mobile application using this knowledge base, which allows users to discover relevant entertainment content based on question & answer system.

Exact Outage Analysis of Cognitive Energy Harvesting Relaying Networks under Physical Layer Security
In this paper, we study the secure communication of cognitive energy harvesting relay networks when there exist multiple eaves droppers who can overhear the message of the second hop, and multiple primary users are prese...
Coupling of the synchronization stations of an Extended Kanban system
In this paper, an approximate method for estimating the performance of the synchronization stations of an Extended Kanban production system is developed. The correct treatment of an Extended Kanban system requires the de...
Attribution of Cyber Attacks on Industrial Control Systems
In order to deter or prosecute for cyber attacks on industrial control systems it is necessary to assign attribution to the attacker and define the type of attack so that international law enforcement agencies or nationa...
Comparative Study on Power Gating Techniques for Lower Power Delay Product, Smaller Power Loss, Faster Wakeup Time
The power gating is one of the most popular reduction leakage techniques. We make comparison among various power gating schemes in terms of power delay product, energy loss, and wake-up time using the 45-nm Predictive Te...
Cooperative Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access for Future Wireless Communications
There is a huge demand for increased connectivity and reliability of devices in the fifth generation and beyond of wireless communications so as to ensure massive connectivity and high spectral efficiency. Recently, power d...
