CONSTRUCTION CRIME TRACE PATTERNS

Abstract
Article examines crime traces patterns as a source of demonstrable evidence during the construction crime investigation. Author has analyzed basic scientific approaches, materials of investigative and court practice. Peculiarities of construction crime traces and its connection to other forensic examination elements are characterized. It is stressed that forensic examination is considered full and extensive through detailed analysis of crime elements – efficiency of investigation highly depends on this background. Author states that trace patterns is one of the most important elements of any crime. It is explained that analysis and study of crime trace patterns is extremely important for investigation process as it is directly connected with other elements of its forensic characteristic e.g. identity of a criminal, ways of crime committal, crime scene etc. Therefore its importance stems from primarily organizational and tactical meaning in the course of construction crime investigation and solution. It is proved that construction crime trace patterns are characterized both by material and non- material traces. Research allows to conclude that crime trace patterns are a mandatory element of construction crime forensic characteristic as its components are at the same time defined as practical tool and investigator’s guideline used for correct methodology and tactics to be chosen during the relevant crime solution process.
