Construction: improvement of risk management arrangements for procuring goods, works and services

Abstract
In this article, an analysis of risk management mechanisms was carried out when purchasing goods, works and services in construction. The proposals on the improvement of the existing model of public risk management in the procurement of goods, works and services in the field of construction on the basis of innovative risk management mechanisms and best European practices in terms of price-quality ratio are formulated.
