CONTENT ANALYSIS OF EIA REGULATION FROM EIA PARTNERS’ PERSPECTIVE

Abstract
EIA is one of the most important environment management tools used in economic progress and association of environment by following “prediction and monitoring” strategy. EIA regulation came in to force firstly on 07.02.1993 was changed many times according to immediate needs and within the frame of European Union access period. In this paper, it was aimed to develop charts and methods which make it easy in application especially for local and foreign investors, institutions and organizations authorised by Ministry, EIA implementers and public that is “shareholders” of EIA process. Based on present EIA regulation, necessary samples of “ordered control lists” were presented to partners of the process in order to make EIA process effective and productive in Turkey.
