Content of legal form of economic activity

Abstract
The scientific article clarifies content legal form of economic activity, which takes into account the characteristics of the business entity and the business entity – a legal entity belonging to a capital association or a union of persons, and also identifies the property and organizational elements in the content of legal form of economic activity.
