CONTRACTUAL REGULATION OF SOCIAL AND LABOR RELATIONS: PROBLEMS, CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW MODEL IN THE CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of contractual regulation of social and labor relations. The author defined the directions of its improvement in the conditions of development of digital and creative economies in Ukraine. Shi gives an assessment of the quality of contractual regulation of social and labor relations in Ukraine. The research keep own methodology, which is based on a holistic vision of the whole system and the interaction of parties and subjects of social and labor relations, includes a number of integrated indicators. The article substantiates the need and presents a model of social and labor relations, which should be formed; the basic components of this model are defined, the spheres of influence and responsibility of participants in social and labor relations are delineated.
