CONTRADICTIONS IN FORMATION OF AN INNOVATIVE MODEL OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article has been investigated the basic economic contradictions inherent to the current stage of formation of the model of innovative development in Ukraine, in particular: between low innovation activity of Ukrainian economy and high energy intensity of industrial production; between the necessity for the domestic economy perception of scientific and technological developments and opportunities, as well as the desire of the majority Ukrainian enterprises to innovate; between consumption and accumulation funds; between the innovation necessity and the demand for them by business sector. The basic causes of origination and exacerbation of these contradictions were revealed; negative consequences for the national economy, which resulted in action considered contradictions were analyzed; reasonable ways of enhancing the development of innovative business solutions as a basic condition of existing economic contradictions were corroborated. This includes primarily the increase in the state's efforts to finance research and innovation.
