CONTRADICTIONS OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT UNDER POSTINDUSTRIAL TRANSFORMATIONS

Abstract
Article is devoted to analysis of the nature of economic contradictions that inevitably accompany the incremental development of intellectual property relations. General types of contradictions of intellectual property development under postindustrial transformations are defined. Preconditions for genesis of contradictions of intellectual property development are investigated. Contradiction between intangible nature of intellectual activity’s results and pecuniary character of intellectual property right is considered. Influence of intellectual property on company’s competitive advantages and monopoly power of enterprises on modern globalized product markets is analyzed.
