This paper describes the contribution of EU member states to the implementation of European financing programs. The data related to the period 2007-2013 were analzyed, as part of an integrated financing interval. The authors outline the phenomena of delay, lack of absorption, and analyze the causes for several national economies. Also, the study allows the understanding of the indicators describing the interaction/contribution of each member state/group of member states. Not in the last row, the role of banks’ involvement is evaluated and described in detail by the authors.
