CONTROL AND SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS OF THE STATE IN THE FIELD OF THE LAND RELATIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article defines subjects of state control in the field of the land relations, the essence of their plenary powers from the point of view of expediency and rationality is considered, the ways of determination of types of control in the current land legislation is described, the control plenary powers of organs of general and special competence are certain and described. It is found out that realization of state control in the field of the landed relations needs development of measures on differentiation and concordance of plenary powers of public organs, and also legislative fixing of tasks of public inspection and control from the side of organs of local self-government.
