CONTROL AS A MEANS OF ENSURING LEGALITY AND DISCIPLINE IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Abstract
The article deals with the control as an integral part of the management, which provides systematic review of the im- plementation of normative acts, discipline and law and order and consists in the intervention of controlling bodies in the activities of the controlled bodies, providing them with mandatory instructions for implementation, termination, change or cancellation of management acts, use coercive measures against supervised bodies. Addressing the question of the na- ture and legal nature of this method of securing legality, the author draws attention to the main goals whose achievement in the activities of public administration bodies is controlled.
