Abstract
Investigated theoretical aspects of control turnaround assets of the enterprise. Considered control system of turnaround assets of the enterprise. The main objective of this research is a theoretical justification aspects of the formation of the control system turnaround assets of enterprise and directions of increase the efficiency of control of turnaround assets of enterprise. Effective management of turnaround assets is a result of financial recovery company. Consequently, the management turnaround assets necessary for optimize the satisfaction of needs in the acquisition of various elements of turnaround assets ensuring compliance their volumes to volumes financial-economic activity, maximizing profits (profitability of turnaround assets) and minimizing costs at an allowable level of risk. Rational and efficient use turnaround assets increases the financial stability of the enterprise and its solvency.
