Controller for BLDC Motors
Journal Title: ANALELE UNIVERSITATII DIN CRAIOVA - Seria Inginerie electrica - Year 2018, Vol 42, Issue 0
Abstract
In this paper it is presented a comprehensive design of a dedicated controller for BLDC motor with maximal electric power around 1000W. That controller is a new product in testing stage and it uses high-end components to provide high performance and more flexibility of the implemented algorithms at a low-level cost. The controller can drive a BLDC motor providing the possibility of rotating in both directions, it creates an electromagnetic brake and kinetic energy recovery system. The controller has equipped a 500W electric scooter, and a 1000W electric motor cart and it proved to be reliable, performance and especially flexible. All software routines make the code very fast portable by parameterizing all the implemented software functions.

The Implementation and Validation of a Bidirectional PWM Boost Rectifier Control Algorithm
The aim of this paper is the design and implementation of the control algorithm of a PWM boost rectifier capable to handle bidirectional energy flow. For this goal, the boost rectifier control loops must be tuned for the...
Active Power Filter Study Using Dedicated Matlab GUI
This paper presents an understandable and friendly Matlab interface, which shows the active filtering role in a simple manner for the users. The created interface allows the active filtering system simulation, choo...
ON THE AMPACITY OF INSULATED CONDUCTORS IN CONDUIT
In the paper, a practical method for determining the smallest allowable cross-sectional area of circuit insulated conductors or single-core cables in conduit buried in a thermally insulated wall is proposed. A way to obt...
Power Control Assessment in Induction Heating Systems with Voltage Source Inverter and Resonant L-LC Load
The attention in this paper is directed to the power control in an induction heating system for seamless pipes consisting of a single-phase voltage source inverter with L-LC resonant load supplied by a three-pha...
Experimental Evaluation of Induction Heating Systems with Phase-Shift Voltage Resonant Inverter
This paper is devoted to the synthesis of the power control loop for a single-phase resonant inverter controlled by phase shift and used in an induction heating system. It starts from the assumption that, if the...
