Controlling of N-P Junction Properties
Journal Title: JOURNAL OF ADVANCES IN PHYSICS - Year 0, Vol 11, Issue 3
Abstract
Characteristics of cylindrical N-P junction are shown to be interestingly different than those of planar N-P junction, thereby permitting better control of its luminescence properties.

Pointlike Electric Charge in Gravitational Field Theory
The existence of charged elementary ’point particles’ still is a basically unsolved puzzle in theoretical physics. The present work takes a fresh look at the problem by including gravity—without resorting to string theory...
Acceleration of Radiative Decay of Photon Counts With Increasing Numbers of Measurement Units: A Potential Large Scale Negative Zeno Effect That Matches With Lorentz Contraction and Photon Acceleration Durations
The reverse Zeno effect whereby an unstable quantum state associated with radiative decay is accelerated by frequent measurements was demonstrated experimentally for numbers of spontaneous photons in a 3 m3 hyperdark ch...
Teaching Optics: Light Sources and Shadows
The study of students representations of physics concepts and phenomena constitutes a central part of Physics Education research, as they play a critical role in teaching. In the study presented here, we investigate 120...
Isle of Man, Galapagos and sunspot data show net cooling hid double exponential ocean warming danger: +3°C in 2014, +4°C likely by 2016.
Anthropogenic global warming (AGW) heat is trapped by the greenhouse gas (GHG) blanket, and the ocean surface layer. It is 93% in the ocean and drives atmospheric warming. The 111-year mean daily surface temperatures are...
Synthesis and Structural Characteristics of Semi-Synthetic Biopolymer Blends Based on Polyvinyl Alcohol, Starch and Chitosan
Structural and optical studies in combination with surface morphology investigations were accomplished for blend sample (70/30)wt% PVA/Starch in addition to other samples of the same composition containing added pre-calc...
