CONTROVERSIAL OBJECTS OF REAL-LIFE RELATIONSHIP AND THEIR LEGAL STATUS

Abstract
In the article the author examines the subject of the object of a real legal relationship. It is analyzed certain objects of the material world, the legal nature of which is controversial in terms of attributing them to things as objects of a real legal relationship. The legal regime of such objects is determined. Analyzed the Ukrainian legislation, scientific research, findings that have both theoretical and practical importance on this issue.
