CONVÍVIO ENTRE PROFESSORES EM ESPAÇOS MULTIDISCIPLINARES: UM ESTUDO COM OS PROFESSORES DE UM CURSO SUPERIOR DE TECNOLOGIA EM HOTELARIA

Abstract

The article presents excerpts from a thesis dealing with multidisciplinary spaces as potential promoters of continuing education for teachers in the context of an undergraduate technology program in hospitality. The objective of this study is to survey the perception of teachers, as research subjects, about their interaction with each other and the possibility of continuing education. In order to do so, the works of scholars that deal with continuing education are initially discussed, especially those by authors who sustain that there are other possibilities for continuing education apart from formal educational spaces. The research is descriptive and the approach is qualitative. Data were collected through interviews and submitted to content analysis. We present here the analyses of teachers’ responses to the first three questions in the dissertation’s corpus.
