Cooperation and Dialogue between the Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs: a horizontal agenda on defense

Abstract
From 2016, the Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs set up a permanent mechanism for cooperation and dialogue on security and defense. Analyzing the proposed objectives, this horizontalization of Brazilian foreign policy tends to build a common agenda in this area, acting in a cohesive and cooperative way.
