Coordination of process typhlocomment

Abstract
The development of mathematical support process of typhlocomment is described. To do this, the theory of coordination is used. The structure of the coordination problem is to obtain a global solution to the problem, which is the result of coordination solutions subtasks among themselves, and this is the main criterion for the goal coordinated multilevel system. The coordination process of typhlocomment is when the system chooses to place in the video content available for typhlocomments (comments relevant to people with visual impairments, which give them an understanding of video scene that at any given time is broadcast on the screen), later, coordinator «means» these places for insert typhlocomments.
