COORDINATION VS. REGULATION, OR WHAT IS THE METHOD OF OPERATION OF THE AGREEMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of the method of contract. It is shown that the key method of the contract is a method of coordination, which is often incorrectly attributed to the contract law. It is proposed to distinguish primary and secondary coordination, which aims to show the differences between the method of contract and the method of contract law.
