Corporate crime. The concept and essence

Abstract
The article researches the essence of the concept of corporate crime – crime which is executed by the legal entity. Taking into account the special features of the corporation as a perpetrator of the corporate crime, the article analyses the essence of the crime, its object, subjective and objective elements. The research also presents the types of the corporate crime and sanctions, which are put on the liable legal entity.
