CORPORATE CRIMES IN THE PROCESSES OF CROSS-BORDER DRUG TRAFFICKING

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the role of corporate crime in the processes of transnational drug trafficking in the world and Ukraine. Characteristics of corporatization of criminal drug business and the main factors of transboundary movement of narcotic drugs are defined.
