CORPORATE CULTURE AS A BASIS FOR CORPORATE ETHICS CODEX

Abstract
This article explores the definition of "corporate culture" reflected the preconditions of its origin, formation and existence of a real economic conditions. Designated place part of the corporate culture in the Code of Conduct of some banks that conduct their activities in the domestic financial and economic environment. The attention to some differences in the codes of conduct of banks with domestic and foreign capital, particularly in the presence of compliance systems for the insurance business in the past.
