CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND FINANCIAL GLOBALIZATION

Abstract
At the global level, governance has been viewed primarily as intergovernmental relationships, but it must now be understood as also involving non-governmental organizations, citizen’s movements, multinational corporations, and the global capital market. Therefore it should be analyzed how corporate governance might affect global strategy and global organization, which in turn will shape the patterns of globalization. Also, it should be done a theoretical analysis regarding how each corporate governance actor (employees, shareholders, the board of directors, top management, teams and governments) will behave towards global strategy.
